Diane Wenzler provides technical assistance to social service providers who serve low-wage working families and individuals on government benefit access. This includes developing and conducting trainings on public benefit programs, publications, and consultation services. Her current projects include writing and researching the 4th Edition of the Benefits Manual, the development and implementation of a CSS data base for program services, and the development of an online registration solution for MCCAP and CBS.

WHY THIS WORK IS IMPORTANT TO ME:

“I believe it is important that our government ensures the most vulnerable in our society receive the benefits and services available to them. Through the kind of technical assistance we provide, we equip social service providers, who work with the low-wage worker, with the information, knowledge, and advocacy resources they need to make the benefit system work the way it should on behalf of their clients.”
